$100 for intake assessment session
$80-$100 per 50-minute therapy session
$250 for Driver's License/Substance Use Evaluations
Insurance
I am a provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Michigan, Cofinity, Cigna, Optum, United Health Care, TriCare, Aetna, Magellan, Priority Health, and Beacon Health insurances.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- Do I have a copay and how much is it?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check HSA Plans, and credit card are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $50 no show/late cancel fee.
